Il restera n\u00e9anmoins solidaire de son acqu\u00e9reur pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du contrat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>En cas de d\u00e9c\u00e8s de l\u2019acqu\u00e9reur (d\u00e9birentier), ses h\u00e9ritiers, s\u2019ils ont accept\u00e9 la succession deviennent propri\u00e9taires et doivent assurer les arr\u00e9rages de la rente.
